Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling: Authored the detailed shooting schedule (plan de rodaje), pacing set setups to guarantee every shot was captured efficiently during a demanding 6+ hour shoot day.

Pre-Production & Logistics: Generated and distributed daily call sheets to cast and crew, while compiling comprehensive pre-production meeting summaries (minutas) to keep agency and client stakeholders aligned.

Talent Direction & Set Atmosphere: Fostered a safe, encouraging environment for child actors on set, keeping them comfortable, focused, and engaged throughout long takes.

Set Operations: Maintained rigorous schedule enforcement and department communication, keeping the Director and crew operating seamlessly from call to wrap.
