Overview: Led pre-production planning and set operations for a narrative short film over a intensive 6-day production schedule and more than a month of dedicated pre-production.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Authored and managed daily shooting schedules, allocating time for complex scenes while strategically condensing sequences to meet tight production deadlines.
Interdepartmental Communication: Directed cross-departmental coordination, distributing timeline updates and call sheets to ensure all crew and equipment were ready ahead of every take.
Logistics & Talent Coordination: Managed actor travel, rooming, and daily call times to ensure seamless transitions between holding and set.
On-Set Problem Solving: Rapidly resolved a critical casting challenge by evaluating talent options on location and securing a local actor near the production site without delaying the shoot.
